Requests are accepted from Russellville and nearby towns in the Arkansas River Valley. Five areas have their own page with county tornado history and permit notes: Dardanelle, Clarksville, Morrilton, Atkins and Pottsville. Installers confirm availability for each address, so coverage is not guaranteed.
